The pitches at the Ritten Sun Plateau provide an exclusive flair that should be part of every vacation. The location, with views of the magnificent Dolomites and the Schlern – even from our bio pool – speaks for itself. Our high-quality sanitary facilities, the panoramic sauna, and the stylish, modern design of our SchartnerAlm will impress you.

We are also well-prepared for our little guests: an indoor and outdoor playground, a ball pit, and bathrooms specially designed for children will make their eyes light up.

The local tax collected by the municipality is used to support various projects to enhance our holiday destination, such as the beautification and maintenance of the landscape, the organisation of events and the creation of information material to enrich your holiday experience.

On your day of arrival your pitch will be available from 12pm onwards. We kindly ask you to let us know in advance if you will arrive later then 6pm.

On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the campground before 11am. If you will leave later the 11am we are sadly obligated to surcharge for additional day.

Per pitch: one van/motorhome/caravan/tent with car.
Camping with the tent is also possible on an open meadow, but it is not fenced off and has no electricity.
It is possible to drive to the meadow by car to disembark, but the car must be parked on the opposite side of the campsite.

Dogs: Dogs are only allowed on request and are with costs.

From the moment on you paid the deposit (30% of the total amount), the pitch is bindingly booked for you. The rest can be paid upon arrival at the reception.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation Fees:

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival no refund of the deposit will be made.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
Within the last week before arrival the cancellation fee is 90% of the booking price.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 90% of the booked, unused days will be charged.

We are sure that you are very much looking forward to your holiday. However, should an unforeseen event throw a spanner in the works (whether before arrival, delayed arrival or cancellation), travel insurance can be taken out at the time of booking

Waste disposal station

- easy, clean and odor-free -

The new waste disposal station from WC Wash is situated outside the campsite and features an advanced pre- and post-flushing system, making it extremely odor-free.

This setup simplifies the disposal of black and gray water and the refilling of the drinking water tank.

Access to the station is controlled electronically via a magnetic card and is exclusively available to registered guests. External visitors must check in at the reception to obtain a magnetic card for using the disposal station.
