The Rittner Bahn

Our accommodation is located directly on the SchartnerAlm, near Bolzano. The Rittner Bahn cable car is also close by. Have you ever dreamed of hovering over Bolzano and exploring the city from above? If so, then you should definitely put the Rittner Bahn on your bucket list. It only takes 15 minutes to reach the Renon/Ritten high plateau on the Renon/Rittner cable car. At the top, where the temperatures are a little cooler, you can unwind surrounded by beautiful nature and breathtaking views. Especially if your everyday life is hectic, we can definitely recommend a visit to the Renon high plateau.

You will float over green meadows, forests and vineyards before finally reaching the mountain station. You will feel like a different person in the middle of nature.

Bolzano is a city that is also ideal for shopping enthusiasts. The best known are the Bolzano arcades. This used to be the center of Bolzano. Not only locals love shopping under the Bolzano arcades, but you will also find numerous tourists here all year round, exploring the typical, narrow arcade houses. Traditional clothing stores and artisan businesses can be found under the arches. There are now also many well-known fashion chains.

The alleyways are romantically winding and offer a special atmosphere. The many bars invite you to have a cozy chat. At the upper end of the Bolzano arcades is the Obstplatz, another of the town's landmarks.
