Shooting like Robin Hood
Have you always wanted to test your archery skills? Then you've come to the right place. In the beautiful Ritten countryside, you will find two different archery courses. The focus here is less on hitting the target and more on developing a feel for the bow and arrow.
Courses for beginners and children offer a good opportunity to turn a vacation in South Tyrol with children into a real Robin Hood vacation. To simulate a hunt, you can aim at animal models at 28 stations. The “Rainbow” course in Oberbozen and the “RiArco” course in Oberinn are ideal for this.
Lama trek in Bolzano
If you are a llama or alpaca lover, we have just the thing for you. Every Tuesday afternoon, you have the opportunity to take a walk with a tame llama or alpaca across the Ritten sun plateau. In addition to conventional hiking trails, the Ritten near Bolzano also has some themed hiking trails to offer. Here, your vacation in South Tyrol with children will be particularly magical. In around an hour, you can hike the Forest Wild Wonder Trail with your children. Over a length of around 3.6 km, clever forest dwellers such as Fiona the vixen and Walter the great spotted woodpecker will accompany you through the forest. Just ask at reception for more information about the process and rental. If you are interested, it is best to reserve the e-bikes for your family in advance. This will ensure that your bikes are ready for you on the first day and you can start cycling straight away.

Our local bike guide will accompany you on your family excursion and show you the most beautiful corners of our beautiful natural landscape. A vacation with children can be exhausting when the sun isn't shining. Many parents dread having to sit out the day with the children in their room or in the caravan. However, boredom is never an issue here at the SchartnerAlm. We also have ideal alternatives for rainy days. We have an indoor playground that extends over 300 m². There is also a ball pool, table soccer and board games.

The SchartnerAlm has a bio pool, which is kept clean by a self-generated biofilm without any chemicals. Here the little ones can splash around to their heart's content, while mom and dad can relax on the lounger and always have their children in view.
For even more relaxation and time out, why not visit us in our panorama sauna? At a cozy 80 degrees Celsius, you can let the stress of the past few weeks fall away from you. Pleasant fragrances and soothing background music offer an experience for the senses.
